Thank you for joining us for our annual Free Lemon Ice on Lemon Hill! in honor of Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation!

For the second year, we celebrated our annual donation to Alex’s Lemonade Stand, on Philadelphia’s legendary Lemon Hill. 

In June 2008, more than 500 Rita’s locations participated in the company’s third consecutive fundraiser, selling paper lemons in $1 increments, raising money for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation.

Rita’s announced our 2008 donation to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation on Thursday, July 24th, on Philadelphia’s legendary Lemon Hill (Fairmount Park). 

We are thrilled to announce that as a result of our 2008 fundraising program, Rita's presented ALSF with a $520,000 check! 

To celebrate this significant donation and thank Rita’s guests for their commitment to fighting pediatric cancer, we also scooped  FREE Alex’s Lemonade Ice from 11:00 am to 7:40 pm. 

Equally exciting, Rita’s hosted a myriad of local celebrity VIP Italian Ice scoopers.
