2. Our Italian Ice flavors do not contain any milk, milk byproducts or eggs. Rita's Cream Ices are made using a non-dairy creamer as an ingredient which contains sodium caseinate. Some people that are on a dairy restricted diet choose to avoid all foods that contain caseins. Rita's custard contains milk, cream and eggs. The custard should be avoided in all forms (Misto, Cones, and Gelati) if you are on a diet that restricts the use of eggs or dairy products. Rita's locations take all reasonable precautions to avoid the chance of any cross contamination.

3. The cookie dough pieces that are being used for the chocolate chip cookie dough cream ice contain soy bean oil. This is the only flavor that we make that contains any soy.
