Operations Coach – Tampa, FL
DEPARTMENT: Operations
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the comprehension of all operational programs and systems involved in the operation of a Rita’s Franchise Location
- Implementation and training for new products, roll outs, programs and equipment into the Rita’s system.
- Provide training and operational support to Franchisees at shop level to assist with new shop openings, transfer store support and miscellaneous operational support and evaluations.
- This task requires travel to various domestic locations, primarily car travel, some air travel.
- Domestic Travel can vary from 1-14 day periods

- Develop and execute action plans to create Operational Excellence with Franchisees and Managers.
- Provides direct support and guidance to Franchisees and management level employees.
- Coaches Franchisee and designated Managers through training modules and initiatives.
- Utilizes TOPS assessments to guide and direct Franchisee or Managers in Brand Excellence and execute follow-up.
- Post appropriate documentation & notes within CoolNet.
- Provides direct support to Franchisees and management level employees.
- Communicate to the franchisee and immediate supervisor any non-complaint situations in the field regarding RFC’s policies, procedures and Brand Standards.
- Support all departments with any projects that involve Training or Operations.
- Provide thorough and prompt phone support via on Rita’s Cool Support Center Hotline.
- Support hours may include evenings and weekends
- Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
Required skills, experience and education
- 4 year college degree or equivalent business experience required.
- 1 year experience conducting presentations.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Display a keen attention to detail
- Consistently manage schedule efficiently and effectively in a deadline sensitive environment
- Exude a strong professional presence
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
- Display empathy while still supporting company/operational policies, procedures and values
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Demonstrate professionalism when working with different personality traits
- Required computer skills: E-mail, Internet, Microsoft Word and Excel, basic social media knowledge
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation

Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to taste the products.
- Stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be willing and able to operate all equipment used in store operations.
- Performing repetitive tasks, i.e. scooping, stirring, and lifting.
