Role Overview

Join a high-growth franchise organization as an Investor Relations & Financial Reporting Manager, where you will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, supporting franchise growth, and delivering insights to executive leadership and the Board.

This role blends financial modeling, investor-facing reporting, and strategic analysis, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and present financial models, ROI analyses, and growth scenarios tied to Franchise Development initiatives
  • Evaluate multi-unit acquisitions, territory expansions, and franchise resale valuations
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for the Franchise Development function
  • Produce and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting for the Leadership Team and Board of Directors
  • Develop actionable insights and recommend improvements across business units
  • Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics across all business verticals
  • Serve as the finance partner and subject matter expert for investor reporting and cross-functional initiatives
  • Prepare Board materials, investor decks, and executive-level presentations
  • Support strategic projects, system improvements, and ad hoc financial analysis
  • Other duties as requested , directed or assigned.

What You Bring

  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data and turn it into clear insights
  • Proven experience communicating with senior executives (CEO, Board-level)
  • Expertise in:
    • Financial modeling
    • Forecasting and budgeting
    • Accounting fundamentals
  • Advanced technical skills:
    • Excel & PowerPoint (required)
    • Power BI (preferred)
    • SQL (a plus)
  • Sharp problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
  • Strong collaboration skills across finance, operations, and leadership teams
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally

Additional Requirements

  • Demonstrate the Rita’s Way Fundamentals in daily work
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 1-5 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or investment banking
  • Experience with financial systems and reporting tools preferred
